T10 Plant

Cost Effective -- Any manufacturing facility today must be able to operate with a minimum amount of expense and maintenance, as well as a low initial purchase price in relationship to its capabilities.

High Delivery Rates -- With new modern packaging equipment being introduced each year we are no longer bound by our ability to package the product, but in many cases our ability to produce the product. For this reason high delivery rates were selected as a very important criteria.

Minimum Amount of Floor Space -- Due to the increased cost of real estate and the difficulty in securing a safe margin to locate your facility we feel that we must optimize the floor space required for our mixing module. A savings may be realized in two areas; the initial purchase price of the building as well as the cost of insurance, utilities and maintenance. Remember, you must pay for each square foot each month. Heavy Duty -- We realize that the capital expenditure for a mix plant may be close to $300,000 to $400,000 by the time its fully completed. We feel that the heart of the mix plant is the mixing module itself and must be design and constructed using the best materials as possible and in as heavy a fashion as is practical.

Full Range of Feeds and Speeds -- With new products emerging almost daily, its extremely important to have a plant with the full flexibility of different feed rates as well as individual control of the ingredients that are used to make the new blasting agents.

Expandable to Cover Demands as Market Increases -- We feel that when you invest in a mix plant you are investing in the future. As your marketing programs are more successful, and the demand on your plant becomes greater, the ability to expand your plant must be considered from the beginning and not as an afterthought.

Ease of Maintenance -- A mix module, like any piece of equipment, is subject to maintenance and a certain amount of ''downtime". For that reason we feel it is extremely important to make the equipment easy to maintain. Also, we are committed to a renewal parts program that will back this equipment so that you can be assured of a minimum amount of "downtime".

Easy to Install -- With the increased cost of onsite work we feel that the mixing module should be as compact and self-contained as possible. It should also be tested at the factory so that when shipped to you it will require a minimum amount of shakedown as well as a minimum amount of effort to install.
